We have the following:  Jams:  Carrot Pineapple Jam, Pineapple Zucchini Jam, Blackberry Jam, Peach Jam, Plum Jam, Red Plum Jam, Rhubarb Mulberry Jam, Rhubarb Wild Cherry Jam, Sugar Free Peach Jam, Naturally Pink Rhubarb Jam, White Peach Jostaberry Jam,  Jellies:  Pineapple Jelly, Sugar Free Berry Beet Jelly, Grape Jelly, Berry Beet Jelly, Crabapple cinnamon Jelly, Green Pepper Jelly, Hot Pepper Jelly, Wild Cherry Jelly, Plum Jelly Wild Grape Jelly, Elderberry Jelly,  Butters:  Pumpkin Apple Butter, Pumpkin Butter, Apple Butter, Pear Butter, Sugar Free Apple Butter, Peach Butter.
Our jams and jellies and butters are usually made using the fruits we raise.  Some are made using wild growing fruit such as wild plums, cherries, grapes and elderberries.  Some use our fruit and other fruits and vegetables raised by  farmers and growers that we know.  And some, such as our pineapple jelly are made from fruit or juice which is purchased.  (If anyone in Iowa raises pineapple, I am willing to deal with them!)  All the jams/jellies/butters are made in small batches to retain the homemade taste and flavor.
Because I use a different pectin, our jams and jellies contain less sugar.  The trade off is that once opened, they do not keep as long as other products that contain more sugar.  The larger amount of sugar acts as a preservative so those products keep longer.
FYI - Jam contains the juice and pulp of the fruit.  The fruit may be in pieces or finely ground in order to remove seeds.  Jelly is made with the juice only.  Butters contain both the juice and fruit but are cooked down till they are thick and smooth.  Butters do not usually contain pectin.  None of ours have pectin in them.
